3 Year On-Site warranty supplied by Canon Partner on the first 3 years of your machine installation. This will include once approved by telephone support a site visit by a Canon Engineer to include parts and labor any fix required to your Wide Format printer.
In most cases all service calls will be dealt with by C.A.D Group.ie. When you purchase from us you deal directly with us and we will endeavor to solve any of your printers technical Errors in a timely manner.
Warranties will be null-n-void if the machine has been tampered with by somebody other than a Canon trained technician. If the machine has been moved incorrectly, installed compatible ink cartridges or inferior media that Canon has not approved and can not stand over.
All consumables like ink cartridges, printheads, maintenance cartridges, media and parts pasted their pre-defined life cycle as stated by the manufacture. Any parts that wear and tear as part of the machines running For Example: Belts need to be replaced from usage just like Brake pads on cars, so this is not covered.
